For more than 50 years, People Reaching Out to People (PROP) has served their neighbors in Eden Prairie and Chanhassen through an integrated model of food access, financial assistance, and wraparound support. Grounded in dignity, choice, and relationship, the organization addresses both immediate needs and the underlying causes of economic instability. As a trusted and visible community resource, PROP supports more than 1,200 individuals and families each year while adapting to growing demand and evolving community needs.
The Executive Director will lead a $3.3M organization, partnering closely with the Board while guiding a dedicated staff and volunteer network. This role is well suited for a leader who can bring focus, strengthen systems, and align day-to-day execution with long-term priorities.
The ideal candidate is a relational, hands-on leader who brings operational strength and the ability to create clarity in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000. Compensation includes participation in PROP’s comprehensive benefits package.More details in the full position profile.
